Our specialization is prototype, piece and small-batch production of zinc alloy castings using centrifugal casting technology into silicone molds. We produce series from 5 to 50,000 pieces according to customer requirements - from cooperation in casting design and technological optimization, to delivery of the required series, including possible finishing of the casting by machining or ensuring surface treatment, inspection, packaging and shipping to the customer.

In the field of CNC machining, we use CAD/CAM technology for the comprehensive design and production of foundry models and complete technical preparations for centrifugal casting of noble aluminum alloys (dural, Certal, 7000 series aluminum alloys, etc.) with an emphasis on the accuracy and surface quality of foundry models.

We also specialize in the production of fixtures for inspection and assembly, the production of mold parts and prototypes, copper electrodes, shaped jaws and workpieces made of plastic, copper, brass, lead and magnesium. We offer piece and small-batch production according to customer requirements.
